Return
You can indicate your intent to return within 15 days of receiving your product
if your product is not as described or found damaged, defective or incorrect product, simply call (+91) 9549248524 or you can write an email to care@gfinefurniture.com using your registered email address or phone number
All we ask is to ensure that the item you're returning is not used and repackaged with the carton. we’ll organise a pickup at your earliest convenience.
Refund or Replacement
Refund
Once your returned product will be received, will notify you and refunds will be initiated immediately in your original mode of payment, It may take up to 2-6 business days for the credit to reflect in your account.
Replacement
Once you returned the product you can apply for replacement with the same product.
Item replacement will be subject to product availability on our online store.
Personalised or customised products are not be eligible for replacement.
Order Cancellation
If you cancel your order before the goods are dispatched you will be entitled to a full refund of product. Once the product is dispatched we will process a refund for product, however, the delivery charge will not be refunded. Refunds will be initiated in your original mode of payment, It may take up to 2-6 business days for the credit to reflect in your account.
